Administrative Manager

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to supervise daily support operations of our accounting firm and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems.

  • Oversee daily operations and manage administrative staff.

  • Streamline processes to ensure efficient office functioning.

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.

  • Prepare and manage reports, memos, and correspondence.

  • Handle budgeting and expense tracking.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Coordinate with HR on recruitment and training of staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative manager or similar role.

  • Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software (ex.: accounting software).

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary will be a plus.

  • Arabic Language is a must.
